RAW is a project born in response to Global fossil fuel dependency, its impact on construction,
and Milan’s housing problem. It proposes the reuse of an existing abandoned, and unfinished building located in Milan.
Due to the bad reputation and crime of abandoned buildings, the facade and interiors are re-designed into mixed-use
architecture. The building includes a rainwater collection system, a greenhouse, a restaurant/cafe and co-working space, a gym,
two student housing apartments, a student hotel.
